Recently I represented a number of property owners who received a considerable reduction on their original levied rates by ensuring that their properties are correctly valued and/or the rates are calculated according to the requirements of law.

I am situated in Klerksdorp, North West Province and provide real estate valuation, auctioneering and consultation services to property owners of Klerksdorp and Surrounding Towns.
My Higher Education includes:
♦ B.A. degree from the University of Stellenbosch.
♦ B. Com Status from the University of South Africa on completion of the necessary subjects with a previous degree.
♦ B. Com Honours degree from the University of South Africa, specialising in Advanced Market Valuations, Property Development, Property Investment and Finance, and Real Estate Management.
I am registered as a Professional Associated Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession, appointed as an Appraiser for the district of Klerksdorp in terms of section 6(1) of the Administration of Estates Act and had successfully complete the auctioneering course of the “Suid Afrikaanse Afslaerskollege”.
I was previously appointed as the Municipal Valuer of Klerksdorp Municipality, Orkney Municipality, City of Matlosana and Maquassi Hills Local Municipality.
I have vast experience in the compilation of Municipal Valuation Rolls and rating issues, and had successfully represented private individuals and companies in Appeal Board hearings.
My experiences include the valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and special purpose properties for alienation, expropriation, purchase, taxation, settlements and legal action purposes.
I provide real estate market feasibility studies for developers and act as an auctioneer for individuals and organisations who prefers to organise their own auction. On a consultation basis, I also assist Home-Sellers in determining an asking price for their home and provide assistance with the marketing thereof.
